According to the DHHS website it says a vaccine passport isn't required for essential items for children however it is required for non - essential items such as toys. There are a lot of grey areas.
I appreciate you are following rules, however you were outright rude, there was no one else in the shop and you offered no option. You could
of politely arranged to serve my daughter and had me wait outside.
