  For CBA Preston Branch: 374 High St, Preston VIC 3072.:
  
  The common staff who calls himself "Nick" gets 0/10 in customer service and 0/10 in product knowledge. Management should know he is lazy and tries to avoid work and get rid of him because he is no loss to the bank. This shortish man of European descent seems to make up rules i.e. lies to a customer so he can avoid doing work. On Friday 5/2/16 I went into the Preston branch and was unfortunately served by him. I instructed to close an account called Goalsaver as it went over the permitted limit and so would not attract interest and re open another one and he blatantly refused. So I am making a complaint for management to deal with him and he is also rude and arrogant. I had to go to another branch to open my Goalsaver account because he did not do his job. I say get rid of this bastard who is not an asset to CBA (or in case he tries to move to other branches).
  
  This is not the first time he has been arrogant and rude and gives out wrong information thinking no one astute would be at his tail. He has been like this for several years and he has served me before and has been rude and arrogant over the several years. Management should look at his performance and get rid of him. Plenty to replace him. He seems to want to stand over CBA employees as well as customers.

  Which bank ? lol sorry need some comedy if you remember them tv ads.
  
  Good service done everything like i requested even helped out when i got stuck in a bother to withdraw funds
  
  Pity they not opened on saturdays as i have to go epping to do anything and its really busy in epping cba
