Worst experience ever. Ordered through Menulog app and specifically wrote in the notes “come to door leave outside door then contact me”. This is amid covid. Driver parked in carpark and then refused to do the one thing i asked for TO DELIVER TO THE DOOR. After calling Menulog to relay what happened they called this place and they refused to refund me and said they left it outside. THEY DIDNT. I called the restaurant and they still said they left it outside. Well what door because it wasn’t mine! If this is the kind of service I got then I’m glad I didn’t get the food because it would of been trash like this service.
