  I'd leave a 0 stars if I could but 1 star is the lowest you can go. The pharmacy staff (the older gentleman and the older lady) could use with some bedside manner training. Have been going to this pharmacist for years as it is my local and went in the other day to have some documents sighted. The older gentleman (who is the pharmacist) rudely instructs me to go to my usual pharmacist. I told him that this place is my usual pharmacist and he reluctantly sights my documents. Whilst there I even witnessed the older lady talk down to an elderly customer :( Very disappointing and will definitely not be coming back.

  Just been there, waited 10 minutes at front counter only to be greeted by rudest woman I have ever met. Used $20. Note to pay for one item only to be told in very grumpy manner “Next time you come in have a smaller note” Was first time for me in this chemist & it will be the last. I said “Thank You” when leaving only to be glared at

  Have just stopped by this store and I strongly advise that you should not visit this store if you are an Asian. They just ignored me and replied my rudely while I asked them politely for help with price of some products . I said that I bought some with cheaper price from their other branch then the lady at counter asked me why I bought some and still want to buy more, she asked if I want to stock with an angry look. Oh, if this is the way you do business then just go to hell. You got angry to your customers who want to buy your product ??? No wonder why there are not so many customer visit this place.

  I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE '''O STARTS" IF I COULD.
  VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.
  I WAS THERE EARLIER TODAY WITH MY AUNT. MY AUNTY HAD SOME CITIZENSHIP PAPERS THAT NEEDED STAMPS ETC TO TAKE TO CENTRELINK. WE GET THERE EXPLAINING WHAT WE WANT AND THE WORDKER WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONSL AND RUDELY SAID THAT IT WILL TAKE HER A WHILE TO PHOTOCOPY ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND WE SHOULDVE CAME PREPARED. MY AUNTY HAD COPIES OF THE DOCUMENTS SO WE GIVE THEM TO HER AND SHE TOLD US TO COME BACK AFTER HALF AN HOUR. I DIDNT WANT TO ARGUE I LEFT AND WE WENT BACK AFTER. SHE STARTED DOING THE DOCUMENTS AND SHE WAS COMPLAINING TO US THAT WE SHOULD HAVE TAKEN HALF OF THE DOCUMENTS ELSEWHERE INSTEAD. I VERY KINDLY SAID TO HER THAT YOURE BEING VERY RUDE AND SHE SHOULD CHANGE HER ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS.
  IF YOURE LAZY THAT IS NOT OUR FAULT.
  SHE SAID TO ME ITS NOT MY JOB. I REPLIED WITH, IF THE PHARMACY PROVIDES IT THEN IT IS YOUR JOB.
  IF YOUR STAFF MEMBERS DONT LIKE THEIR JOB THEN THEY SHOULD QUIT AND STOP GIVING US A HARD TIME WITH THEIR ANGER ISSUES.
  KEEP IN MIND THAT MY AUNTY DOESNT SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL, IMAGINE IF I WASNT THERE, SHE WOULD PROBABLY SEND MY AUNTY TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO DO HER DOCUMENTS.
  AS WE WERE LEAVING SHE COMMENTED, THAT IF WE WOULD EVER GO BACK FOR MORE DOCUMETS THAT SHE WOULDNT DO THEM.
  CHANGE YOUR STAFF MEMBERS BEFORE YOU GET SHUT DOWN.
  THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, I WILL BE DEFFINETLY NOT GOING BACK EVER AGAIN.
