  I am please to say I have now spoken with Matt and we have sorted out the issues I had. I am now satisfied that the mats will be delivered and that the house may have been left unsecured by another party and I have no way of proving otherwise. I would use Choices Flooring again but I would make sure that the communication lines stay open, so that if contact cannot be made via the store or mobile there is an alternative method of contact that is effective. I would like to add that Matt was very helpful at the consultation and I think he offered a good price for the purchase of the carpet and the installation.

  So happy with our new carpet,great advice on the right carpet for a pet friendly house:
  Matt was quick to quote & organise the carpet laying.
  On the day th carpet layer was prompt & did a great 1 man job.

  Outstanding customer service. Knowledgeable, experienced, reliable, quality workmanship, reasonable prices. Cannot recommend highly enough. Go here before you go anywhere else, they take all the worry and stress out of putting in new floors for you.

  Needed new flooring for my mother's kitchen and laundry really quickly as she was in hospital and I wanted it done before she came home. Matt was magnificent. Flooring was organised and laid within a week. Can't speak more highly of the professionalism and quality of work done.

  Followed up with delivery on time
  And carpet layers Pete and Vito perfect layers and took all the old carpet away

  We recently had blinds and flooring installed via Choices Flooring by Lamberts and could not be happier. Our experience was great, from in-store service from Lisa to installation. Excellent customer service team who are friendly and very helpful. The team was very professional and accommodating to our family. Couldn't recommend them enough!! Thank you for making our house a home!

  Recently had our double storey house carpeted including stairway, very happy with result, looks fabulous. Thanks to Lamberts for their understanding in rescheduling at last minute due to family issues.

  Update: received quote, thanks. Unfortunately I could not go further as I had already engaged another company.
