Cannot tell you how much effort these guys (especially Rob) put into finding a solution for me. Rob searched high and low across their suppliers and, after I'd given up hope of finding a solution, finally found a suitable replacement, placed a special order for me and saved my sanity. My first port of call for any plumbing supplies, help or advice. Note: worth waiting if they're all with other customers.
