  I bought a AEG oven cum microwave recently. Dorina Godfrey the cooking specialist offered me
  a very good deal and also arranged an electrician to install it at a reasonable cost. She is also trying 
  to arrange an in-house training. Dorina was very friendly, was extremely patient, carefully listened
  to our needs and concerns. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you Dorina and the Harvey 
  Norman staff.

  Went here to get photos copied. Staff were helpful & service was quick, although others on the floor in flooring waited for me to call for assistance. Overall happy would shop here again

  I waited half an hour to be served today at the Thomastown store. I already knew exactly which washer and dryer I wanted, but there was no one to serve me. So I went across the road to The Good Guys and got them to price match and purchased the items in a matter of minutes. Next time I won't even bother entering Harvey Norman, the customer service (or lack thereof) is terrible.
