Fitted our car in at short notice during Easter/ANZAC week while they were short staffed. Discussed what we wanted in detail and made sure that we got the right rack, great installation and even helped out with fitting extra accessories. On top of this, it was very clear that there was a really good atmosphere and culture in the shop. Good work!

Elliott and Riley at Roof Rack Superstore Preston did an excellent job on installing two Rhino roof racks, one on vehicle roof and one on Aeroklas canopy, plus the side awning on my PX Ford Ranger. The guys were courteous and very helpful with my picky requests as I wanted both racks to be as level as possible. This was a difficult installation given the sloping angle of the canopy in relation to the roof of the car. At all times, Elliot and Riley were honest and upfront with the installation. The work appears to have been done to high standard. They were also proud of their work; and this is a rare quality these days. Well done boys, so far I am very happy with the work you have done.
