  Ordered a shed mid April and I had to hound them to get it delivered by the end of June, some 11 weeks later. The shed is a decent product, I don't have any complaints there. What I do have complaints with is their customer service. It is nothing short of appalling.
  
  I am giving them 1 star out of 5 for what is the single worst buying experience I have ever had. They are cheaper than most, but it is simply not worth it.
  
  They are rude, dishonest and arrogant. Rob from Shed City was horrible to deal with and accused me of not informing them of new information even though I called and spoke to them. I was patient and polite throughout this ordeal which cannot be said for Rob. He told me phone calls "don't count" and that it has to be in writing, this was of course after waiting 2 weeks wondering why I haven't heard anything.
  
  When I finally received my shed, the delivery man was going to leave it on the road because he couldn't be bothered moving his (massive) truck into a more logical position to place the shed on my property.
  
  When I finally got round to unpacking it and assembling it I realised that:
  
  a) The instructions are non-existent. All I had was a schematic of the front, side and top and had to figure it out from that. This was difficult because the parts weren't labelled. I had to figure out what the parts were by measuring them and guessing. They may have written them in whiteboard marker, but it had smudged off in the rain.
  
  b) and worst of all, HALF the parts weren't cut to size. I spent money on a grinder, rather than deal with them again, for cutting the door jambs, side barge and front roof cover to size.
  
  Why was I delivered an unfinished product when I was repeatedly told that they were only waiting on my sheets? They took my manufacturing deposit and did nothing for months.
  
  TL;DR: The repeatedly lied to me and I had to hound them for delivery 11 weeks later. Avoid at all costs.
